At the end of August 2021, science educator and youtuber Kyle Hill offered a challenge to those who followed him: come up with a new analogy for a wormhole other than folding a sheet of paper and putting a pencil through it.

For my submission I went with a metaphor similar to twisting a bread bag closed and seeing the height of the bag decrease, bringing two points in space closer together. Admittedly I was incredibly busy with schoolwork at the time and rushed the compositing towards the end, which I believe may have lent to the frenetic pacing of the text in the video, feel free to slow it down or pause.
